DESCRIPTION
Jade was found wandering the streets as a stray. We have no idea whether she had been abandoned by a hunter, as the breed is often used for this in Spain.
She went into the pound for a couple of weeks, where we carried out her blood tests, microchipping and then we moved her to our new kennels after that. She’s currently sharing her space with lots of other dogs. She an absolute bundle of energy- always on the go and wanting to move and play. She can be quite full on with the other dogs and tends to bark at them when she first meets them - possibly wanting to get them to play, or out of insecurity- so a few of the older dogs have told her off when she does this. She would love an active, outgoing friend, to show her the ropes in her new home.
She has a very sweet nature, and desperately deserves to enjoy her puppyhood surrounded by the love and company of a family of her own.
Given how she was found, we imagine everything in a home environment will be new, and she’ll need lots of stimulation, exercise and training to help her settle. From what we’ve seen of her so far, we imagine she could find it difficult when left, so this is something she’s likely to need extra support with in her new home, to prevent separation related issues forming in the long-term.
Jade will travel to the UK (she can be adopted in England or Wales), vaccinated, microchipped, spayed and tested for Mediterranean diseases.
