Let us
introduce you to this wonderful boy named Nacho. Nacho is currently in the
Liverpool area (UK). He is a Boxer mix who will soon be 3 years old and is a
medium-large sized dog, weighing 28 kg. He is a gorgeous boy who deserves to
find a forever home where he can be a part of a family for his whole life.
Nacho and
his brother Luca, who is also looking for a forever home, are originally from
Spain. Both, along with their two sisters, were rescued by us when they were
only 1 month old from a pound in Northern Spain. As soon as we were made aware
of them, we brought them into foster care, where they were cared for and raised
in a safe and loving home environment. At the age of 4 months, both brothers
were adopted together and made the long trip from Spain to a family in the UK
who was supposed to be their forever home. Everything seemed perfect. They grew
up in a home environment and became healthy and happy boys. Sadly, this didn’t
last long. Due to changes in life circumstances, through no fault of their own,
they are once again in need of finding a forever home after more than 2.5
years.
Nacho and
his brother Luca have always lived in a home environment and are housetrained.
They grew up in an active home and love their daily walks and outdoor
activities. They have grown up with two other small-sized dogs and are
generally well socialized with other dogs and people. Both boys are also good
with older children (8+), who are familiar with dog safety and handling. They
are used to being left alone (without human company) for a few hours and are
well-behaved and calm at home. They also travel well in the car. They have NOT
been CAT TESTED.
Nacho is a
sweet, gentle soul and is the calmer of the two brothers. He has a fun quirk of
licking just about anything and anyone! He loves getting attention, sunbathing
in the garden, and snuggling up for a nap. Nacho knows basic commands like
"sit," although he's still working on mastering "lie down"
and "paw." His recall usually works under the conditions there's a
ball in sight! Nacho is a happy, well-balanced boy who truly enjoys human
company or company of other dogs.
Nacho’s
ideal home would be with a young or middle-aged person or couple who leads an
active lifestyle and wants to share that with him. He would adore a family who
is happy to give him the attention and company he loves. He would also greatly
benefit from a family who is willing to spend time training him and helping to
improve and develop his skills. Nacho has so much love to give and is an amazing
